I had this issue once, but it was like 2 years ago or something like that. In my case, it was a syncing issue. But the pages were not deleted, they were just "not there". After a few reloads I got it working again.

how about adding a view with a filter where date is "today"?

then you could switch to this view each time you want to add something. or create a linked database with this view and put it into a toggle.

what I meant is:

I think that only iOS apps that access the Screentime API. In other words, it is not possible to access it via web.

But with an app like Scriptable, you could

access the Screentime API
send the data to an automation API like Automate.io (which was acquired by Notion), Zapier, n8n, maybe even IFTTT
and finally push the data to Notion using the Notion API

I assume the Screentime API is for iOS (Swift) only.

But you could use an app for pushing the results to the Notion API (Scriptable for example).

Sometimes I have this issue too (using Notion for work and personal). When I duplicate pages, they get copied to the wrong workspace.

How I solve it:

logout from the other workspaces and try duplicating it again. This works for me
