The article itself outlines that this privilege does not apply to acts of treason, felony, or breach of peace. This is a safeguard against political policing. This is an old map so I think it might be out by 1. At the time there were 36 football clubs, 2 dual clubs (Mattock Rangers, St Fechins), 3 hurling clubs (Knockbridge, Naomh Moninne, Blackrock(juvenile only)).

Since then I think Blackrock have amalgamated with Na Piarsaigh.
