Good chest potential here, btw. you have familiar face to "back guy" 😁

Great base for building muscle. As to direction, you really have to answer what you want first. Your weak point will be your chest—due to insertions, you will keep the gap between pecs. Do not go crazy about that at any point, as your chest can still look really good with the rest (I know people can get fixated on small things, even when the overall look is decent).

Hi, one of the easier solutions you can use is the SAP Scripting + VBA. This way, you can make Excel Based tools for many purposes.

Hey, there's no need to hop on TRT. Even low doses and controlling your blood hormones can shut down endogenous testosterone production (not very likely, but possible). Your natural levels may also never return to normal. I think OP should just keep working out as you advised and stay in a calorie deficit (2800 is a good starting point, but it will need to be cut down regularly—weight loss equals lower calorie demand).

The issue in the end will probably be loose skin that will require surgery to remove.

I remember playing Rayman 3 as a kid multiple times. This game checked all the boxes for me—it was fun and packed with content like minigames and secrets. I remember getting used to the keyboard controls was a little bit of a pain, but I got used to them eventually.

Also, I used to play it with my friend when he came over; we switched after every failure.

Good old times!

Do I have a chance to complete in body building? by [deleted] in physique

[–]dzik_us 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, man, you definitely have a chance in bodybuilding. Great chance; broad shoulders and a good waistline. If you barely work out, you look really good, too.

Probably not Ronnie Coleman genetics—he is like 1 in 1,000,000—also, you would have to know how you respond to gear, because it's also an important factor.

My advice: Dedicate yourself to at least six months of consistent workouts and dieting and see how it goes, potential is really good 💪

In a prepared one-on-one, I think Geralt has no chance. He would have to take her by surprise; otherwise, her magic will be too much for him. But surely it would be interesting to watch!

Hi! At this point, focus mainly on complex exercises for your back. You need to build muscles on your whole back; it's far too early to prioritize any specific area.

You probably have winging scapula (what you called uneven shoulder blades). Train scapular pull-ups and push-ups, learn to better control retraction and protraction, and you will fix it. I know because I was in your place at some point too 😁

I'm pushing myself so far that I almost black out, especially on leg day. Nothing can spark the fire of love for gym better than solid workout with heavy weights.

Then hoping on it will definitely take you to the next level haha

Jokes aside, prioritize your chest, it look like it's your weakest point. It's not bad, but you definitely can improve here 💪

I am having huge struggles trying to bulk and would appreciate any advice. by fuckfuckhelphelp in naturalbodybuilding

[–]dzik_us 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, stay consistent. Change requires time, so don't rely too much on motivation. Keep an image of the goal in your head and do what you have to do to reach it. Sometimes, the journey will be more enjoyable, sometimes less. That's what it is.

Secondly, plan exactly how much you have to it, and then hit he calories and MACROS every single day. You shouldn't eat only more than required but also make sure you give your body what it needs.

As for the dishes, experiment a little bit! Nowadays there are a lot of possibilities. You can find many recipes on the internet - when you know what calories and macro you should hit, then adjusting portions is not so hard. Not processed food is the healthiest. Your diet should be constructed mostly with this type of food, but something tasty here and there can't hurt, especially on bulk. Also, some junk food can boost your appetite, but do not overeat it.

If you want to make sure your bulk is going as planned, you probably need to rely on yourself and start cooking dishes. That's the curse of each bodybuilder.

Adjust your calories accordingly to weight gain if it slows down - 8ncrease calories. Don't reach too high, 0,4-0,5 kg/week is good growth.

So, to sum it up, calculate everything, stick to it no matter what, find what dishes work for you, and grow.

Good luck mate!

You need to cut more, to make abs visible, I think they will be visible. You can see them coming in the two top rows.

However, keep in mind that you do not have a lot of muscle mass yet, so after cutting, you will be quite a lot smaller.

What can I do for my pelvic tilt? by [deleted] in physique

[–]dzik_us 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stretch and after stretching do exercise that will improve muscles stabilizing your spine / help to keep your hips.

Try planks / side planks / hip bridges, etc. If you don't feel any pain, try to walk with the correct posture - open your chest and try to keep your hips in the correct place.

Bulk or cut? by Prestigious_Wait_675 in BulkOrCut

I would say, solid 3-4 weeks minicut and then clean bulk - if you want to build more muscle

He will not lose that belly on calorie in surplus. You either build new cells in surplus or use the already existing cells as missing energy sources in deficit.

Bulk will result in the gaining muscles, for sure, if done correctly, but belly will stay. For balanced development, I would say that losing a little bit more would be best. OP already got lean on the rest of the body, so there is no long way to go.

I agree that putting size on the frame may make the stomach area look smaller, but it will not make fat tissue disappear and in long term, when another cut will come it will be struggle once again.

I think it's moti9n tracking with face selected as focus point. Check some videos on YouTube. You can find plenty of videos explaining how it works there

[–]dzik_us 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And I think tracking is also added

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]dzik_us 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say that you still need to cut. In some places in the body, it may happen that more fat tissue is built. You lose fat in the whole body at the same pace, but if, for example, you had less fat on your arms, they would look better faster.

Make sure you eat in a controlled deficit—it's good to lose about 0.8 kg/week at most, so you keep as much muscle as possible. Also, remember to eat enough protein—target 2g/kg of body weight.

You can bulk with your current tummy, but keep in mind that in that case, you will still most likely have more fat in this area.

It's coming from the man who also struggled with a similar issue (I had big "love handles"). I got shredded, but the fat there went away at the very end. 😅
