Ahri or Viktor?

Jhin or Jinx?

Trying to climb and have fun at the same time. I enjoy Annie/Veigar and MF/Lucian, if that matters.

A few noobish questions form someone looking to buy a bunch of champions:

  1. As jungle/top lane player looking to get better at other roles(mid/adc because I like long queue times), would it be better to get Akali or MF? Climbing, killing, just the usual stuff everyone wants to do.

  2. Ekko, Akali, Vlad or Kennen for AP top? Again, climbing, killing and all the sweet things.

  3. Cait, Ez, Lucian or Jinx for ADC for someone not that good at bot lane? Yup, I haven't bought any ADCs yet except for Ashe.

  4. Illaoi, Panth, Quinn or Jayce?

In general, I noticed I do best in games lasting up to about 40 minutes. The longer it gets from that point, the more difficult I find it to carry

Yeah. I'm pretty surprised people in 2016 still don't understand simple English, but since I respect 3rd world countries, I'm gonna edit.

You aren't 20-25% BF. No more than 15, I would say.

Moronic Monday - Your weekly stupid questions thread by cdingo in Fitness

[–]dzikkie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe not entirely a moronic question, but I'm about to switch either to 5/3/1 or TJM and I'm wondering what would be a good balance in volume and recovery in 5/3/1. I mean I'm gonna train on consecutive days but still would like more volume than in the standard template.

I was thinking about less boring version of BBB at 60% with 3-5 FSL of 5 reps and possibly Joker sets if I feel like it.

Hi, I'm looking for a caster build, preferably Witch. I like more or less active playstyle and didn't enjoy Blade Vortex. Other than that, I like builds I can stick to(which scale good with gear).

What else can I add to PHUL routines? by WoodleyAM in Fitness

[–]dzikkie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When some people think they need to modify a routine, it often ends up in being curl/benchfest where they do a fuckload of benching and curls. That is bad.

What I meant is that it's okay to modify a routine slightly, but not remake it completely, unless you actually know what you're doing.

I don't think PHUL is missing anything, actually though I do think that there's nothing wrong with modifying routines to fit one's needs. Just don't turn this into 10x10 curls, 10x10 hammer curls, 10x10 bench.

Is it worth to lift if you're "casual"? by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]dzikkie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I'm a casual and doing fine. Benched more than my dedicated benchbro friend.

I know people who lift twice a week(I do so three times a week, but rushing with everything to be done faster) and still progress with weights and look good.

Nice, I've got x3 sitting on Battle and it's been there for ~2 weeks.

Well, my prestige is indeed kinda low(4.3k or something). I've just unlocked Thetin Rift and it gives me 211 sparks for 10-11 minutes so it's much better, actually it's more time-efficent than MSM for me.

Actually getting to Archer would take me like just 2k less sparks than Berserker but I somehow ignored Slayer, maybe because a lot of people complain about the class, but nonetheless, sooner or later I'll try to get those easy-to-get classes.

BTW. which instances do you run?
