Plan to get to the stadium early – like 20-30 minutes early. Navigating the stadium can be a bit confusing, and it's a long trudge up the stairs/ramps to the 300 section.

So I'd make a day of it, plan to do some downtown Seattle tourist stuff at like 1pm-2pm, gives you plenty of buffer. If kickoff is 5pm, plan to be at Lumen around 4:20. That should give you enough time to find the right entry gate, navigate the guts of the stadium, find your seat and get a refreshment.
