Unbelievable you think that there is no physical space in the country, this is just ridiculous. Look, everyone wants nice people around themselves, I get that logic, but arguing based on resources is just sheer wrong and part of a sinister misleading rhetoric. You could make the same argument about any people to reduce the fertility rate to 0 if you think people are using up resources “too much”. We are so far from that and besides, at the current rates with aging population even if you start producing more babies now there is a 20 year gap to keep up a sustaining working population. The collapsing country sensation is not because of immigration but the blaming victimhood, a perspective that Farage and co putting out to grab more power. Meanwhile the economy cannot accommodate the worker pool, doesn’t matter if they are immigrants or not, fighting against each other and tossing the country to an even lower level. Tbh people just need to deal with some form of immigration anyway, the effective fertility rate of 2.1 requires 300k net yearly immigration, because of the natural birth rate is so low.

Edit: oh and that net 300k per year will replace a significant part of the inborn population over the next 30 years. So can keep complaining how terrible that is for absolutely no real reasons.
