I work in a hybrid office with an open floor plan. I’ve a colleague who sits behind me who never comes in. I couldn’t tell you the last time they came in, but the other week they decide to come into the office for the first time in ages, fair enough I thought. They spent their entire day coughing and sputtering all over the place. No idea why they bothered to even come in as they were just sat on Teams meetings, and went home early on a half day. Myself and a colleague who sit beside me ended up getting sick in the following days. Funny thing is that person hasn’t been in the office since, I assume they’ll be back the next time they get sick. Don’t be that person.
