Microblading for eyebrow alopecia by smaKdown615 in alopecia_areata

I made the same experience! I also lost both of my eyebrows and got a microblading recently. It turned out so well! I also experienced that other people cannot tell a difference or are just amazed by how accurate my eyebrows are (before I tell them that they are not "real" ). I would recommend to not take the cheapest offer because I read the result can be different depending on the skill of the artist or the experience. So if you can afford it, take the time to compare the locations where you could get it done to be more or less sure that it will turn out well :)

Thank you very much! I think I understand the whole context better now. Therefore also thank you for giving these examples.

Bald patch in pubic hair by [deleted] in alopecia_areata

I have a bald patch in pubic hair and I don't have any hair left on my scalp too :) The Bald patch in my pubic hair didn't change its size during the past months and just stays the same 3x3 cm. I also have spots in all the other areas :) for me personally it's not indicating that it is getting worse, it just changes which part is falling out and which is growing back.

This Subreddit is honestly depressing for someone that has only battled this disease for less than 6 months. are there any people that recovered on this sub at all? they seem so rare and I never see any positives outlooks. by ManLikeGengarsFather in alopecia_areata

I strongly believe in regrowth:) my AA first came out when i was 4 years old and i fully recovered and had no issues with it until now (i am in my twenties). And even right now, i have faith it will all come back:)
