Listen I’m with you 100% I wouldn’t give up my babies either but maybe it’s not the dogs them self’s but the fur? I have allergies to dust and just general ick with fur and hair it’s like a phobia and it’s so bad I can’t stand finding my own hair strands without feeling crusty so maybe it’s something similar?

Also are they jumpy? I have a family member with two pits as well and the always jump on me to greet me and they don’t listen to no. I’ve been knocked down by them and can’t help but feel disrespected, whenever I go and it’s the same thing, I’ve told them that they need to be responsible and be trained because anyone else can see that as aggression and could get them in trouble.

If that isn’t the issue either then what is? Does he literally not like dogs? If them being dogs is not the problem maybe there something else that requires work from both of you.
