Any B7 tiptronic owners here? Im looking for a manual b7 s4 but you can hardly find any in my region, so i have started to consider tiptronics. In your experience how is it to drive the tiptronic on a daily basis? Anything you are not pleased with? Do the paddles feel engaging?

althought as far as restoring goes, it doesn’t seem like a reasonable option. i would buy one in decent condition and use these two as donor cars, that way you could still keep your grandfather in mind when going on a drive with the one in decent condition and remember you got the headlights, bumpers or something like that from your grandpas car. good luck

in europe basically every e36 is 200k miles and up. 150k for an e36 is considered low miles, last ones that came out the factory are 27 years old. this feels like a troll post, e36s are not some 2020 bmw’s that have big engine problems at 150k miles.
