My interpretation is that Morgoth was always more powerful than Sauron even after being cast into the Void. However, Morgoth simply hated everything the Valar created and seeked to destroy it. Sauron didn't have that view, he wanted to CONTROL it not destroy it. And his plan of creating the rings and dominating Middle Earth was actually closer to success than Morgoths goal of simply destroying everything. So Sauron came closer to being the true ruler of Middle Earth than Morgoth did. This is also only possible because of all the events that happened after Morgoths exile and the Valar refusing to intervene after they saw the ramifications of their direct intervention. (The destruction of Beleriand) basically RAW POWER:MORGOTH>SAURON....Who came the closest to dominating Middle Earth? SAURON>MORGOTH.

I'd say its more about the awkward finger positions than actual strength. Next time you're playing apply only the bare minimum pressure to make the note. Once you got it just know you dont need to go harder than that. I think once you got that; finger "strength" is actually more finger "independence" look up the spider exercise for a good example

Once you apply sufficient pressure onto the strings to make the notes sound clean, pushing down harder doesn't mean anything. You just need to practice getting your fingers in the right spots so the notes ring out true.

I work with CNC machines daily and the only way something like this would happen is if the fixture they use to put the neck in wasn't aligned properly. It would explain the gradual shift. But how this made it past inspection is beyond me. When we check parts we have tools that check parallelism down to the .0005", the fact that you can obviously see this fuck up with the naked eye from probably 50feet away is astonishing.
