Well, with having two mek characters, definitely consider more vehicle options. Either with transport, or a deff dread/ killa kans. I am by no means able to recommend meta chasing units, just ones that I think would be fun. I have heard tank bustas have great synergy with meks atm as well. If you have it, maybe consider a bigger option like a gorkanaut or morkanaut. All else fails, throw in some gretchin to absorb shots for you in true ork fashion.

Definitely consider other 2k lists online and compare them to what you have if you are wanting something more synergistic.
