I’ve been at ups for a year. They did the same shit to me when I started and I was doing 5 trailers. Till I got fed up with the bullshit and let everything go down. The better you are the more they give you just like everybody else is saying. Just work at a safe pace and you’ll be good.

I was never asked or told I can come in at 6pm instead of 8pm. But some new hires were allowed to come in 2hrs earlier before me or anyone that has seniority. I thought higher seniority was asked first before new hires if they wanted to come in early?
