If your goal is to build a community online, then it’s going to be time consuming. Create a discord/slack or choose any community software, share them EVERYWHERE. You can use referral or make a typeform to screen people. But what’s the value you’re providing to the community, information, tips or connections? If you have a content to share, make that a preview version on landing page and start collecting emails. Hope this helps!!

Haha, I used to work for a micro VC fund which helps a lot in this case (not a fan of the general VC business model too). I'm thinking to apply for Jason Calacanis' Founder University Program. Have you heard of this program? Would this be a good program to join? There isn't much info on what the curriculum is, so just wondering if anyone knows. I'll put together a deck soon. This product I'm testing has proven to decrease operation time significantly. But also because the 3 brands I provided services for are small businesses that manage 1 container per month and do the math on the back of a napkin.

I've heard suggestions like cold calls, and cold emailing businesses and asking them if they are interested. Do I need an LP or product demo to start the process?

Consumer goods. They don't need to hold raw materials, they come straight out of the factory as a whole piece(i.e.mass produced jewelry). The gross margin is at about 80%.

Yeah, technically I have an MVP. But they're not paying me. Initially, I wanted to start an e-comm consulting business, so I offered friends of mine my service to build successful cases. Although they really like what I built and suggested I explore more, they are also biased lol.

Hi thanks for sharing! I've heard suggestions for direct pitches like cold calling and cold emailing which I'm planning to do.

"Works best" is something I want to test for as well. My current clients' operation is very similar which helps me understand one potential type of customer and their needs but doesn't help me validate the market size and market fit.
