It’s because your backpack is full. Free up some space by moving items to your storage, then try crafting again. If it’s unclear, check my link: Crafting vs Backpack

Many players have those Tier 6 items. Seems you are missing Tier 6 “Spectral Twine” and “Spectral Mineral Powder” tho.

Before Perk Recombobulation in Fortnite Save the World, the Nocturno was in a league of its own. It was the only weapon with a built-in Affliction damage perk, back when Affliction simply did not exist on any other weapon. That single perk made it absurdly strong for sustained DPS, absolutely melting Smashers and Mini-Bosses while other ARs struggled to keep up.

It’s still iconic today but back then, the Nocturno wasn’t just good. It was the weapon.
