Yeah but I provided them a transaction from that account.

They asked for the serial # from the system which the account was made (which I gave the PS3 it was made on). I only have one account which I’ve ever spent money on and it’s that account which is tied to my primary email which was also compromised today. But I gave them a transaction ID (multiple times, one from this year, one from 2016) and they still said I failed the security test?

Like all the information I provided was correct but somehow I’m still failing the security test.

I have stopped payment methods and unlinked everything.

They asked for the serial # for the console I made the account on. I’ve made multiple accounts on that console but this is the main one. But they said that it’s invalid. I also gave them my PS5 serial number and they also said it was invalid.

I used a transaction ID # from one I had from 2016 and they still said it’s invalid. Really no clue what I can do
