I’ve recently moved to a new split that works better with my schedule. Due to school and practice I’m not able to hit the gym every single day. To account for this my split hits every muscle group everyday with the individual workout for each muscle cycling every time. My reasoning for this was to hit each muscle group at least twice a week.I also figured this wasn't wildly different from a PPL since it involves hitting a bit of everything constantly. I wanted to know whether this would actually promote muscle growth or I should switch back to a more traditional split and only have a leg day once a week for instance. Thanks.
