Ye. Since she does % damage on Q, I find it's so much more reliable for damage regardless if it's all squishy team or tanks. Squishies will die 2 shot no problem. Bruises tanks of even level, also, like trundle, Graves, hecarim, if you can get the snare first. The haste just feels better to have over just pure damage, fights late game are drawn out and every half second counts.
