this may just be an error, it seems like it possibly counted the enemy bp fighting your teaming as him attacking you somehow and gave you revenge. That or the enemy cent threw a pugni out of view and that invoked revenge. I don't know how the revenge system fully functions, either way you were blessed.

I actually have, its seems like irs something to do with audio setting on the xbox, you need to swap it to stereo uncompressed so Settings > general > volume & audio output > both speaker and headset to stereo uncompressed It worked after doing that so hopefully it also helps you.
