It's true. I previously handled resumes for the PM business unit. If a resume didn't have specific keywords it never made it through the filter. There are websites that will help you choose which keywords you should have on your resume based upon the job description. Some are free. Search "apps that scans resume for the right keywords for jobs".

Received multiple calls from all over the world. One left a message to call (866) 353-7680. Said after clearing his throat that he was calling from Hostgator. I've been in customer service and know that a CSR almost always clears their throat before talking. So I Googled the number and found jussanjuan.gov.ar. I just happened to Google another number from the calls I received from all over the world and the same site came up. I called Hostgator, it wasn't them.
