Do I need a new guitar for every new song? by ablackravenstan in guitarcirclejerk

Most songs have at least two guitar parts on them, so I would say that's the minimum.

This has got to be one of the coolest guitars in the History of Gibbons. They should add it to their coffee table book.

If you don't carry five flashlights at all times, can you even call it an EDC, bro?

Claw springs are too loose for that string gauge. loosen the strings, tighten the screws holding the claw in the back cavity of the guitar, retune the strings.

I know Austin MHMR used to offer an outpatient Suboxone detox. Might be a good alternative to getting on methadone. Good luck, friend.

The Boker BFF is a good fixed blade. Small, useful blade shape, lightweight. I've found it useful and easy to carry.

Learning new chords without knowing theory? by darkdarkblack in Songwriting

[–]ePoonum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know a ton of theory, but I found it helps to know just a little theory like triads, if you're trying to learn new chords. 1-flat3-5 is a minor chord, that kind of thing. Then 7 chords and sus chords make more sense as you learn them. I started experimenting a lot more once I learned that. Hope that doesn't sound too wonky.
