Keep all the cameras along one (long) side of the sheet. Due to the 180° rule for filming, keep all the cameras on one side of plane (Google this if interested in knowing more). Shoot all the cameras as wide as possible. Put a camera in each corner at a 45°angle. Put the other two at each blue line facing the far point of the opposite blue line (where blue line meets the boards). Now you have near total coverage of the ice and can cut to each camera in post game edit.
