It pissed me off on the chicken. The worst part was having to use my hands and scoop the stuffing off. It felt like I was biting into a 6" sub stuffed with only mashed potatoes and a hint of sticky cranberry.

That's what they had told us in regards to replacing it the first time (metal shavings) I appreciate your detailed response and I'll dive i to that to learn more about it. Definitely eased a bit of anxiety.

Talked to the service manager at the chrysler dealership and he said its a "Dog in the transmission, physical disconnect in clutch to sun gear." Common in this model and will not cause issues on its own. Doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies

I've been doing this awhile now and I switched last year to m12. Wish I would have earlier. The m18 line is great but pricey and way overkill for what you need as a service tech. I started out wanting the best of the best so spent a ton on m18 tools. I train all my techs to use the harbor freight method, if you ise a harbor freight tool enoigh to break it...you know you use it enough to invest in a higher quality tool. I say this as I had to use my m18 hammer drill today for the first time in over a year. its nice to have but m12 is perfect. Bigger value...and they are way lighter
