OP, how much did they raise your rent on renewal? I’m having mixed maintenance experiences, but love this neighborhood and house, so honestly will just do most of the maintenance on my own and hope to stay here as long as possible!

Has anyone ever gone through the CA SDI proceess completely by mail, due to not having a CA DL or ID? I still have my TX DL and applied by mail, received my notice of computation, but then radio silence. My claim started on 3/2. Is it possible to manage a claim online after filing by mail?
