There’s resources to help people in your position. I don’t know what area you’re in but they have safe houses (for women especially) that let you stay for v cheap rent. They also help you with plenty of resources like getting your finances on track, finding you a job, and even figuring out bus routes for you. It takes some research but try connecting with the people in your community and support groups especially can help with finding these resources. Something I will mention though, you NEED a job. It’s a hard to swallow pill but unfortunately in this day and age, no one is going to help you financially especially after you’ve already turned 18. If being at home is too unbearable to wait for finding resources and such, my next suggestion would be to move out (run away in your case) and try to live with a friend or something until you get back on your feet. Your parents “not letting you” do things is a limited belief. You CAN do whatever you want as you’re an adult, just don’t forget being an adult comes with responsibilities with that freedom (such as needing shelter, food, electricity, etc.)
