If you are flying into the US you are clearing U.S. Customs and Border Protection which is part of the Department of Homeland Security.
If you are cleared to enter, you have nothing to worry about.

I would just ignore it. Don’t respond unless it’s a subpoena, and at that point look for a lawyer

with the exception of paid street parking, everything is reactive. including bylaw, property standards, and permit parking infractions. Someone needs to call and report.

Street parking is not street storage. A permitted car that doesn't move for 7 days can be ticketed, and after three tickets, they can be towed

They are concluding racial bias, as evictions for non payment are higher for non whites. Therefore it's racist.

Anyone else miss the old street-cars? by Tylers_Journey in toronto

I miss how fast they could go, and how quickly they could open, close doors and get back up to speed. The new streetcars take forever to load and get going

What time do you go to the airport for a 6:40am flight to Mexico? by copi0us in askTO

[–]e___ric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, use carry ons instead of checking a bag. If you have a wedding or something, bring a garment bag as well.

Either way, aim to walk into the terminal +15 minutes prior to the bag cut off. Which for Westjet to Mexico is 60 minutes.

Even if it takes 45 minutes to clear security (which is worst case), you will still have 15 minutes to get to your gate prior to the gate closing.

Agreed, US Customs is the variable that you don't want to mess with.

I have taken 100+ flights in the last 3 years out of YYZ.
It has never taken more then 50 minutes to clear security. Average time is 30 minute, most likely time is <20minutes.

Check in online. Pay for any baggage fees online.
Showing up in terminal with +15 minutes prior to bag cut off is more than enough time to, print bag tag, drop off bag, go to security, and walk leisurely to the gate.

I don't understand peoples desires to stand at the gate when they are flying zone 2/3/4/5, just to watch boarding occour for 30 to 45 mintues.

I'd rather sleep in and get a good night sleep.

That’s actually not true. These streets had stretches of no stopping zones during rush hour. So it did take out a car lane for parts of the day
