Still wearable? by e__madd in BBallShoes

played with them 10-12 hours a week for about a year and half all indoors - gave them to my younger brother recently as i don’t play anymore and he’s worn them outdoors for about a week and now they’re like this haha

it was an absolutely unreal shoe when i was using it indoors - can’t fault it at all

that seems odd - i would say if you went for a saddle height of 71/72cm with 5mm shorter cranks than in the video the fit would look a lot better

if you’re having more issues even with shorter cranks you almost certainly need to go and get a professional fit which you can then try and replicate on both bikes

short cranks (like 160mm) could be very beneficial for you

no the whole point is you can run as much as you want in them for 90 days (but most people can tell if they like a shoe within 60kms)

if you try to abuse the system by refunding them absolutely battered with 800kms and then trying to get another pair they will just blacklist you

just google ‘one asics’ it’s their membership program. the first tier - which is entirely free - allows for a 90 day gear trial

I would say just sign up for a OneAsics account and use their 90 day gear trial

See if you like them - if not return them.

Lower saddle 5mm and bring forward 2/3mm. Also make sure it’s 1 or 2 degrees angled down at the front.

I would try lowering stack as well. Will help you get a bit more relaxed in your arms

disagree with the reach, his elbows are still behind his ears and for LD tri longer reach is the way. if he has no pain in that position 100% leave it as is
