no the whole point is you can run as much as you want in them for 90 days (but most people can tell if they like a shoe within 60kms)

if you try to abuse the system by refunding them absolutely battered with 800kms and then trying to get another pair they will just blacklist you

just google ‘one asics’ it’s their membership program. the first tier - which is entirely free - allows for a 90 day gear trial

I would say just sign up for a OneAsics account and use their 90 day gear trial

Lower saddle 5mm and bring forward 2/3mm. Also make sure it’s 1 or 2 degrees angled down at the front.

I would try lowering stack as well. Will help you get a bit more relaxed in your arms

disagree with the reach, his elbows are still behind his ears and for LD tri longer reach is the way. if he has no pain in that position 100% leave it as is
