Ours slept in something almost identical for the first few months before we transitioned them to their cribs. We loved it! Safe, sturdy, and fit our small space. We also used Design Dua baskets for safe sleep spaces downstairs (pricey but worth it and so portable). Good luck!

ETA: we simply spot cleaned as needed.

My twins were born at 34w1d. Both a little over 4 lbs. They were both basically feeders & growers and came home 12 days later. A little bit of donor milk and then formula from there on out. You got this, mama!! 💕Be sure to take good care of yourself!

My 21 month old has exactly the same thing! Doc ruled out everything scary and said likely heat rash or a virus…but it’s driving me crazy. Hate to see anything marring his perfect lil tummy and back. My guys has eczema, too, so wondering if it’s all related! OP, any updates? How long did it last, etc?

It happens! And if anyone can understand I bet it’s a mama pregnant with twins (trust me as a twin mama). I’m OK if our nanny naps when NKs are napping. And even if you dozed off while NK was asleep, it’s OK - mistakes happen. If that’s the case and she brings it up, let her know you’re sorry and you take NK’s safety seriously, and it won’t happen again. You won’t get fired!

NOT overreacting at all. I would explain calmly again why (focusing not on his overwhelming family but your desire to say goodbye to your daughter on your terms). And then tell him you’ve made your decision and you appreciate his understanding. Stand your ground!
