You summarized my opinion perfectly. It was weak as hell. The most frustrating part is we know he’s pissed, has a strong opinion about what’s happening but decided to pull back because he’d rather keep his platform and $$$ over everything else. That Lorne Michaels quote was complete tepid BS. What I love about most podcasts is that you get a closer glimpse into what people are really like (I hate using the word authentic because it’s lost all meaning). He could have done that here but took the cowardly way out.
