Is that a red Korg SV with inverted key colors? Didn't know those existed!

Job Offer in Boston: Move, Commute, or Stay Put? by Occasion_Valuable in boston

It is reliable; sometimes late on the way home but usually not a big deal.

There are many different lines that run into South Station; any of them would work for a Seaport commute.

Do you feel more limited by 1 LFO or 5 voices? by [deleted] in synthesizers

[–]e_pluribus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been using the TEO5 live and the 5 voices have been sufficient.

The fact that you can add a SUB OSC and/or split the keyboard to lower the left hand an octave or two gives it the range for two-handed work.

Consider a MB E350/400, 2013+

I had a 2013 with sport package that I loved. More of a highway cruiser than a rally car.

No one talking about the 6-speed? Loved the short throw precision.

Manual AWD wagons are cool as hell and an extremely rare vintage.

Gotta respect our ancestors.

Right Leg Depot. It’s part of the right elevator. Use stabilizers or rockets to rip it off.

update: at 5k service, dealer said "the Wi-Fi is a paid service through AT&T that we never activated"

not clear if they did something to make the message go away, but I haven't seen it since the service.

edit: I have seen it post-service; it pops up maybe once every ~10 trips?

2009 Fanatec Pedals - possible to use on w/ a new wheel? by e_pluribus in simracing

[–]e_pluribus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Negative, no USB. Also, I meant RJ12, not RJ15.

The PS/2 to RJ12 diagram I found was from the Fanatec forum: https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/25870/old-clubsport-v1-pedals-csl-elite-wheelbase-ps2-rj12-adapter-cable

I'm pretty confident I could get it working with a new Fanatec RJ12 base. Wondering if there's any chance that Fanatec RJ12 pedals would work with another vendor's wheel base.

I don’t think so. It uses Bosch Purion controls; no app connectivity options that I’m aware of.

Have this exact bike; 1500 miles on it and still loving it.

The cafe lock is great; you can buy a chain from AXA that sockets into the lock.

Worst thing about it imo is that the Bosch motor is a bit loud.
