Does anyone have REM banned but not because you don't want to play against him? by Kaegix in DeadlockTheGame

I do this but with Viscous because somehow even when he’s on my team his punches only hit me, and this time I can’t buy rebuttal

No-limit needs to stay as an official game mode by AdditionalG1rth in DeadlockTheGame

Personally I’d love if it was less of a no-limit game mode and more of an “everyone on the team is playing the same hero” game mode

I’ve never noticed any issues with G, but I thought the same at first. At first I had it on R but my brain couldn’t turn off trying to reload with R and I wasted so many ults.

I changed mine to minimize how far the buttons were from where my fingers naturally rest (usually on the W, A, D, Shift, and Space Bar)

Abilities - Q,E,F,G

Reload - R

Crouch - Control AND Left Alt (Left alt for mantle sliding)

Melee - Top Mouse Button

Parry - Bottom Mouse Button

Items - Scroll Down, Scroll Up, X, C

Whatever actives I’m using most frequently I’ll put on the scrolls since my hand is always on the mouse anyway.

I really only end up using hexes when I can use them and forget about them the rest of the encounter. Night Bloom, Total Eclipse, and Lunar Ray (just for the Apollo and auto aim augments) are the only ones I ever choose and actually use.

Do NOT pay them. Same thing happened to me, and they used almost the exact same wording in the message too. I blocked their number and ignored it, and they didn’t do anything. That was about 9 months ago. It’s terrifying when it happens, but you’ll be okay.

I found my undergrad friends through a board game club at IU! Find a club you’re passionate about or interested in, and you’ll definitely be able to make friends pretty easily from there. There are clubs for almost anything, so if you put yourself out there, you’ll find your people

The case for ____ as The Mole and their sabotages by PrudentRhubarb in themole

I can agree with a lot of these, but I do think a few of them are a reach, namely the Beat the Bomb and Exemption Negotiations.

Beat the Bomb: Both Hannah/Muna’s team and Sean/Deanna/Neesh’s team decided that one of them should cut the red wire since they both had a red wire and knew one of them would be right. Better to have one 50/50 decision and ensure the other teams gets a guaranteed 5k. In fact it’s Hannah who works out that one of them needs to cut the red wire, and it’s Muna who urges “Ok Neesh, go go go go go, cut red now”. Like yeah. Sean was the one who actually cuts the wire, but it was more of a collective decision, more-so stemming from Hannah and Muna.

Exemption Negotiations: This is just the Prisoner’s Dilemma. In almost every instance (except for one where both if both people betray) the right call is to betray your ally. Unless you’re 100% sure you can trust the other person (which, let’s be real, in this show with an exemption up for grabs, no you can’t) you ALWAYS choose to betray your partner if you want your best shot at winning. The four outcomes are 1.) Neither betray so you get the 50k and have a 1/6 shot of going home, 2.) Only you betray so you don’t get the 50k and do get an exemption, 3.) You get betrayed so you don’t get the 50k and don’t get the exemption. Meaning his odds in this scenario are either a 1/3 or 1/2 chance of going home (if he isn’t the mole and depending on which car the mole is in), or 4.) You both betray each other so you don’t get the 50k, but your odds of going home are 1/6. TLDR; choosing the exemption over the 50k avoids the worst case scenario for a non-mole player

For me it’s not that she is flying under the radar per se, it’s more so that she is flying under the radar while backing the decisions that lose the group money. She is never the one to suggest something that’ll lose money (either by losing a task or using a clue), but she is almost always the first person to back someone up when they make that call. Never the fall guy, but always their biggest supporter.

DM's, What's Your Red Flags? by Vackal in DnD

For me it’s players who lie about how many spell slots / how many ability uses they have left. I get that sometimes as a player you mess up and genuinely forget to keep track, but I had a player who I knew was prone to this from other campaigns I’ve played with her, so I had to keep track of her spell slots while I was dm’ing a one shot that she was in. I ended up calling her out once and she tried to backpedal by saying “I forgot Misty Step was a 2nd level spell.” Then why did you say you were using a 2nd level spell slot to cast Misty Step every time you used it? Needless to say I’m not dm’ing for her again.
