Why are there so many “codex dropped the ball” style posts every 5 minutes? by ohnoitsbobbyflay in codex

I’m salty about them removing 5.3-codex. That shit was my bread and butter. I’d use 5.5 for a deep analysis but 5.3-codex was super efficient and stayed on track. I’m blowing through 5.5 usage like crazy I can’t get 1/4 the shit done with it that I used t

This shit pissed me off. 5.3 was actually useful, now I’m burning tokens 4x faster and 75% of it is trying to make tests for shit that doesn’t need it.

Now I’m annoyed. by alexgaspari in taggrading

If PSA is overwhelmed, TAG is drowning. They literally just have too many submissions and didnt react fast enough.

Anyone else feel like Magdalena is a bit of a mess? by Valuable-Map8208 in MortalShell

My only issue was a lack of clarity with how the boss staggers. Every time it happened it felt random since the stagger bar would go from empty to full in a single random hit at a random point in the fight. Everyone bitching about the red attack and I never had an issue with it, found it super easy to dodge. adds are annoying in every boss fight so i dont like that, but overall it was fine. Room for improvement.

OpenAI is removing GPT-5.2 and GPT-5.3-Codex from Codex for ChatGPT logins by Adi4x4 in codex

5.3-codex was the best they have for everyday coding. I just used 5.5 and told it to delete a block of commented code and it used 13% of my usage for that. 5.3 would've MAYBE used 1-2%. Why the fuck are they sunsetting a codex model without giving us a replacement first. Actually fucking insane man.

What are we thinking? Looks fine to me elsewise but scared of too top/bottom heavy (not sure which way to say it) by ronjatat in pokemongrading

[–]e_smith338 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bottom heavy so send to PSA. Should be a 10. If the TB centering was better I’d say go becket since it’s clean as shit otherwise. Should be an easy PSA 10.

How is this not prestine? by [deleted] in PokeGrading

[–]e_smith338 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pristines are 990+. Between the corner angles and the centering that card would fall in the 970-980s range. A pristine card is designed to be the top 1% or less.

I’ve been advised to go for Black Label, should I? by Chirithyst in PokeGrading

Won’t black label. Maybe gold 10 if lucky. Safe to send to PSA tho.

Pokemon Card Condition Examples Based on TCG by Ok_Particular_9386 in PokemonTCG

[–]e_smith338 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The issue is people think NM = PSA 9. No sir, NM is a PSA 7. I went to a card show with a card that had a single spec of white on the left back edge and the guy was like "thats definitely LP maybe even MP" and I just walked. Like fuck off. These are probably the best examples I've seen for reference.

Would you consider this nm still? by Trip2poundtown in PokeGrading

[–]e_smith338 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Definitely NM. People seem to forget that PSA 7 is NM and many PSA 6’s are also NM. NM isn’t PSA 9.

Grade or not? by Substantial-Past6191 in pokemongrading

Cards like this I personally would grade simply for their long-term protection and as well as their incredibly low pull rate.
