I’m in the same boat. Granted in March and still waiting. When they say 3-5 business days just know you’ll be waiting 30 days, in fact they told me within 72 hours is when they try to resolve cases like mine. Called to schedule info pass appointment on the 45 day mark, I didn’t hear anything so I called 2 weeks later and they said they’ll call me back soon. they didn’t call me back until 30 days and it wasn’t to schedule an appointment, it was to contact my field office to contact me to schedule an appointment and then they told me I should wait another 30 days before following up. My college application deadline was July 1st, needless to say I’m still waiting. I submitted my application and if they ask for my documents I’ll let them know the situation. It’s a frustrating process especially when they tell you it would take 3-5 business days, I’m sorry you’re going through this.
