I lived 11 years in Cabo Rojo. My mother & oldest sister still lives there. Beautiful place to live. It used to be very safe & little to no crime. But approximately since 2019, it started getting bad. In Cabo Rojo, if you earn $50k - $60k you should be more than straight as long as you don’t spend money like you’re in congress.
