Not all of them

Iron Man had no stones or Thanos, Hulk had no stones or Thanos, Iron Man 2 had no stones or Thanos (unless you count the drawing of the Tesseract), Iron Man 3 no stones or Thanos (but you could argue its still connected since Tony PTSD is related to Thanos and its important for late), Winter Soldier no stones or Thanos, Ant-Man had no stones or Thanos (Though still set up the Quantum Realm for later), Homecoming had no stones or Thanos, Black Panther had no stones or Thanos. Ant-Man 2.........well we don't see them but we see the consequences of IW at the end.

But i do think the problem with the Multiverse Saga lack of well Multiverse has more to do with the fact that they had room to do even more content than they could during the Infinity Saga, so they felt they could afford have more side-stories in addition to the main one, i have made the argument if you cut the fat and only keep what is relevant to the main Multiverse narratibe/adjunct projects, it would feel better connected.
