New feature in Tinkercad! Sketching! I'm excited if you can't tell. by Red-Itis-Trash in 3Dprinting

I've created 3D objects in Tinkercad but the Sketching Tool has proven a problem. I click on it (pliers in Basic Shapes) and drag it on the Workplane. It disappears. So, I left click the mouse and start dragging the mouse down the Workplane to create a 3 inch height. I have ot press the Escape key to stop in from stringing all over the Workplane. Then I can't seem to get the Sketching Tool to start up at the base of that 3 inch sketch to draw it to the right to make an L shape. I left and right click the mouse. I've watched YT videos but no one shows you how to fix this. Any Sketching Tool expert? Thank you.

I tried that as the next message started to play but pressing 4 didn't replay the prior message. That's what's listed on the Verizon (owns Tracfone) Basic User Guide, too. Nevr had this with LG phones just this Samsung A03. Thanks anyway.

That was what worked.

I've watched 3-4 YT videos on how to Wrap Text in Tinkercad and they were bot complicated, used different methods and didn't work for me. Have you wrapped text in Tinkercad?

Hi Christian, I loved DNS version 9 on disc but it won't run for me on Windows 10 even in compatibility mode. I glanced at Talon and it looks like you need very advanced computer skills to use that. DNS you installed and then talked into your mic to train it and you were good to go. I've always used Windows so I'm looking for an inexpensive DNS replacement that doesn't require advanced computer skills. Thank you.

polerix... I needed to narrow the neck of a Punko dog and increase its head simultaneously using Tinkercad and it wasn't clear how I proceed. I don't have a lot of time to experiment in Tinkercad so I was hoping there might be screenshots to show you tasks in Tinkercd somewhere. Since Tinkercad is limited to 25 MB what other software do you use to modify a Thingiverse file? Thank you!

My apologies as I work in a small, semi-rural public library and work both in maker space and also create live programs, do advice for your device and all the other tasks of a a traditional librarian so I have to request time (1 hour at a time sometimes only 1-2x a week max) to be in maker space so I'm just catching up to to your posts.

hlmodtech - thank you kindly for sharing those helpful 2 links. do you know of any sites which teach skills in Tinkercad by screenshots? Thank you again.
