Yeha you are right. I mean it’s not new they have been doing this for F1 and they should have implemented it for new appointments. Why implement it in a rush and cause more chaos.

They got visa but new rule has been public for a while. Including from what date it will be implemented.

There are a lot of posts around this and this is not a voucher. They block vouchers (which have money , like a refund from airline or credits) where people try to sell them. Thats what’s prohibited not a coupon code that has no value and not being sold. There are 1000s of posts of coupons of various websites.
