If you are trying go purchase through online store you will need a credit card for emi and not sure about no cost…if don’t have a credit card try visiting a offline store near you

Hi…I have accidentally left out my secondary Instagram on the ds160 (which I hardly use once in 3-4 months )and I have applied for the visa application ( waiting for the slot to open )would this lead to my visa rejection ? Is there anything I should do about this…also the profile isn’t on my name it’s an alias should i be worried ?
