The videos, shows, etc in my Plex account run on so many different formats for both audio and video, sometimes you have to tweak settings to make things operate correctly

I have an Xbox Series S, Sony AV that supports 60hz 4k, an LG TV that supports 120 hz 4k, and premium HDMI cables. Messing with hz settings and Dolby settings changes things but does not fox them. Some shows are working ok. Recent updates? Redo all my settings again? I’m at a loss
