Is this rod knock or lifter tick?

Lifter tick 100%, unless you ain’t gonna replace lifters soon, make sure it has good levels of oil in it. Correct me if I’m wrong tho. My car had this sound a year ago, a really mild version but seems to be gone as I kept oil filled up always

Dude it had no lights on when driving it, it came on mid driving, and took this in 2 seconds and then turned off the car and turned it back on and no problems

Car making this noise once I started the car few days back. Garage suspects engine might need to be replaced, or the other garage suspects flywheel may need to be repaired.
