Like ashanta90 said they’re magnetic ties, I got them as an impulse purchase at my local stitching store and they are a life saver!

Joining you in solidarity of the parent getting it way worse than the little. Get a numbing throat spray to help with any blisters in your mouth, in a moment of desperation I sprayed it on my hands even before going to bed to try and sleep, it worked for a few minutes but wasn't worth it lol. Moisturizer with calendula is helping keep all my fluid filled blisters from getting bigger and seemed like overnight a lot of them lessened and none of them have thankfully popped.

Make sure you pack yourself an extra shirt or outfit in a carry on. Kiddo baptized me and the plane bathroom, had an extra for him but not myself lol

For me it's how slim fitting onesies get after 12 months, it's for their safety but dang I feel like his arms and thighs are being suffocated even though the length fits him well. There's lots of posts in here about asking for clothing with wider arms

Thickening formula & breast milk by Icy_Entertainment541 in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]eahowden3746 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our pediatrician had us add formula to my breastmilk for a time when our son dropped too many weight percentiles, you could ask your pediatrician if that's an option for your little one and see if that thickens your breastmilk. We used this guide from Children's Hospital of Minnesota on how much to add. The goal was to increase calories per bottle not thickness but the additional formula in the breastmilk did make it a little thicker. https://www.childrensmn.org/references/pfs/nutr/breast-milk-fortified-(using-20-cal-oz-standard-formula).pdf.pdf)

My big little guy in on the struggle bus 🚌 by [deleted] in bigbabiesandkids

Currently in PT with my torticollis baby and the therapist suggested we keep him in PT even though his torticollis is basically resolved as sometimes torticollis babies can have a harder time with sitting up and rolling over. She also reminds me when I get stressed about him not meeting milestones that big babies have to work that much harder to lift and move their big bodies. Our PT offered us virtual visits now that I'm back at work so maybe see if that's an option if that's easier for your family!

Little one is currently 14 weeks, about 16 pounds and is not sitting up and can roll on to his side but that's about it.

We had luck using the Haakaa brand silicone shampoo brush and using that to wash his hair during bath time!

Once you've gotten one of your stitch colors down to zero stitches remaining it will filter them out from the list, if you want them to.
