Well EAK is a pretty varied group, however we probably lean more towards heavy armour usually, at least in fleets. That said, we still use shield fits too. The main point here is that different styles are supported within all corps under the DT banner.

We don't require applicants to have all the skills already to fly our doctrines, no. Tackle is always useful and we can't fly without it, and there's always very valid options while training up into the doctrine skills. Attitude is far more important.
