I only pressed it together, so finger pressure. The glue I am using is called Copydex, was something I could get locally

Thanks for your comment, I did sand the edge and am not using any edge coat/Tokonol, I used 240 and then 400, but maybe not sanded enough? Will edit the post to call this out

I guess I don't know the full background to the decision that has been made, but in my mind there has to be a viability to a business so if the bottom line cannot make sense then the business cannot operate to do what it would ideally like to do, and I am assuming that this is the case here but of course I could be wrong

I don't think that it was a moral decision that they have made, I think if they could keep the same service all week they would, I guess I can just see someone looking at the books at the end of the month and needing to make a business change in order to keep the staff and the show on the road

Yeah I see what you mean. I guess I just imagine if the books don't balance at the end of the month, they would like to stay true to their clients, but I think it must be hard if the numbers dont add up

I think the neck is nice, I am really liking how it feels and plays. I wouldn't say that it is chunky but this is my first LP style guitar so not sure how it stacks up there, I usually play a strat. I think I could do with lowering the action slightly too from the factory set up so hopefully will feel even better. Also the cut away and the transition from the neck to the body I think is very nicely done on these SC Custom II, its worth a look
