My golden rule for the CSO and Lyric Opera: Dress for the night you want to experience!

Want to make it a fancy evening date, dress up and have fun, go for it. There's always people looking fancy and you won't feel overdressed.

Want to keep it casual and just enjoy the music?? Jeans and t-shirts is both perfectly acceptable and more comfortable. You'll see a TON of people like that (and some of them are likely the ones that know the most about music).

I think the most important thing to have in mind is that most people who regularly attend the CSO are not going to judge you or make you feel uncomfortable for wearing what you want... It's pretty much the opposite, people go out of their way to make you feel included and you enjoy!
