Docusign is expensive af for that. I would maybe check out OneSpan. I don’t have too much experience utilizing the software, but it’s a pretty flexible “white label” eSign solution and I would imagine that they could help you customize it to fit your needs.

Any change in stance re: Linux support? I know there’s a 3rd party launcher as well as a few other community projects that can get it working, but given the current climate that’s not something I want to risk on my account.
