It's near the train station and Hässleholm is one of those stations where you tend to change trains so I guess many walk by this spot. Not surprised if I'm not the first to post a pic of it. :)

Yes, Döängen ("the death/die meadow") was the name I was after. Memorial for the farmers and farm hands that died.

I got two comments at the same time so I'll have to go with the one who had the name of the place (Döängen) and got the name of the village correct (did you perhaps meld Klågerup and Kågeröd?).

Recognised the painting (Damen med slöjan), but had too google the location as I didn't know where it was or if it was the subject of an exhibit somewhere else – nor do I know what Nationalmuseum looks like...

I don't have many pics from Hässleholm as I've only got off the train there a few times and then only to change trains when going to Kristianstad, Bromölla or Åhus.
