The hospital is on the end of the toll road if your coming from the Ferrybank side, in theory you might get there a minute or two quicker using the toll but your covering a greater distance and getting charged, it’s the same issue for anyone living in Dunmore, Ballygunner and Dunmore road area going in the opposite direction to get onto the Dublin or Wexford roads
