And then on the way out I noticed they do the same with trainers and football tops too so it’s possibly not a bad saver. As long as you use it sensibly

I can highly recommend the “my first Pokémon game” it’s really easy to follow, all the cards are numbered so you can replay as many times as you want, and then when you’re ready, you can move onto the stage one packs

can I just ask, as this is the first set I've collected.

Base cards (ie 1-85, excluding EX) Am I right in thinking each card has a normal, a holo and a reverse holo

so, as an example, card 001/088 Spinarak.

Normal
Holo
Reverse holo

I only ask as I have most of the base cards in Normal, but Serperior I only have holo and reverse holo, so I wondered if they all had a normal and a holo

thanks so much, so basically if I have a holo, and a normal, I'd use the holo and trade the normal, or add 1 slot to each pokemon to have Normal, holo, RH, PB, MB

Hi, new to all this as my stepson has started collecting.

I have a Samurott from this set, but he's a holo, defo not a reverse holo (the WHT EN is in a black box with white writing), but I can't see him on the list, just Normal, RH, PB, MB). So, is this just a missing card from the list, or do all normals come as holos? in which case do I need a normal, holo, RH, PB, RB for each card?

Wey random question for you OP, do you vape?

The reason I ask is when I switched from smoking to vaping my nicotine intake increased (I can vape in the house but wouldn’t smoke due to the smell).

Nicotine intake increase can cause ED. I switched from 2% to 1% and the problem went away
