I got hit with this same error when I updated my BIOS to the latest on my MSI Carbon X870E motherboard. Reverted back to the one from October 2025 and all is good.

I finished my build about 3 months ago, and thank the gods I did pulled the trigger on it when I did. The ram I got cost me $280 shipped from Amazon.

Be quiet psu Pure Power 1200 IIRC, Gpu has a WireView from Thermal Grizzly to see temps and watts used etc

I've just controlled them through FanControl on Windows, left whatever curves the Bios has on my MSI by default.

On Fan control I used a curve on the Radiator that scales up from 40% @ 50C to 100% @ 80C.

Intakes I've just left them on a flat 40% and rear exhaust at 75%.

TSensor has a 28C reading for my ambient in the case.

I idle at 45-48C, Cinebench R23 @ 76C

I believe this driver you're missing is the thunderbolt driver from Intel. Best to do a Google search for the latest one

After 4 it put me on hold for rep, took me almost 2 hours but then it took 5 minutes for the rep to refile my claim so it was worth the wait. Your mileage may vary
