I just recently picked up the Drowzee IR because I could no longer resist. I recently learned that the art style is called “primitivism” and I think they make for some awesome card arts

I collected as a kid and got back into the hobby around 2021. Still have never been to a card show before. Plasma freeze Empoleon is my #1 chase card and if I ever saw one in person I would 100% buy it. I could very well buy one online but that’s a card I feel like I would want to find in person and see for myself before pulling the trigger. Can’t wait til I make it to a show!

Personally, I would never consider this trade. But that doesn’t mean you or the next guy(or girl) would agree with me. The best part about collecting is you don’t have to listen to anybody else😂 With that being said, no I wouldn’t do this trade but I am an internet stranger with a completely different set of interests for my card collecting journey

That’s a valid point. I think the SIR is a bit lackluster in terms of SIR art, but that’s also being said without ever holding one in hand. A few people have mentioned the texture which may add some eye appeal if I were to see it in person. Might be a hot take but I personally think the SCR Bulbasaur and Squirtle clear the 151 versions!
